Cancellation Policy

I charge a 30% cancellation fee for no-show or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. Also, if you pay with a Credit Card you will be charged a none refundable convenience fee of 2.6%. All appointments require a approval/ confirmation by Spa staff and a deposit, which will be applied to the service of your choice. We do “not” accept Cash App, Zelle or Venmo Refunds or Exchanges on retail products are not allowed. Only clients being serviced are allowed in the Spa.
